What makes JUST WATER different from standard bottled water?
Our water is 100% spring water, ethically sourced and bottled in a paper-based carton that is 100% recyclable and BPA-free, reducing carbon emissions compared to plastic bottles.
How does your subscription service work?
You can choose your favorite products and set a delivery schedule—every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Subscribing saves you 15% on every order, and you can cancel or pause at any time.
What is your shipping policy for heavy water cases?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free shipping available on orders over $50. Due to the weight of our products, we currently only ship within the continental United States.
Are the cartons safe to reuse or refill?
While our cartons are designed for single use to ensure maximum freshness and hygiene, they are incredibly durable. However, for long-term reuse, we recommend recycling them through your local curbside program.
What is your return policy for food and beverage products?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on water. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a quality issue, please contact our support team within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
