At JUST WATER, we strive for complete satisfaction with every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process

Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the damaged product to initiate the process.

Our quality assurance team will review your request and confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement within 48 hours.
- 3.Return Shipping
If a physical return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to send the unused portion back to our facility.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
